Job Description

This position involves cold calling new potential clients. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

You will work hand in hand with Sales and Customer Success / Accounts Manager building a market through qualified interactions with Prospects developing the CAST relationship and eventual pipeline directly impacting the company’s bottom-line.
This is done through extensive research, commercial insight, relationship building and superb calling and follow-up skills.

An effective communicator in both written and verbal forms, with strong presentation skills is a must .
Ready to work in US Shift .

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
  • Identify potential business opportunities
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to Customer Success/ Account Manager for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Arrange effective online demos for Customer Success Team.

Other responsibilities :

  • Follow up, Engage, Secure and Qualify leads via research, phone , email & Social Media reach outs in collaboration with the Sales Manager in India.
  • Set appointments with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain the Excel file with detailed documentation, status and activity updates
  • Use online networking and search engine tools to help build targeted lists and identify new opportunity areas.
  • Support the marketing team’s lead generation efforts through follow up and collaboration on leads generated through webinars, direct marketing (web/email/mail), online marketing, exhibitions & seminars.

  • Comfortable in talking to and building relationships with potential clients, from Head of departments to managers.
  • A self-starter. A tenacious individual that charges forward full speed and not afraid of taking initiative and sometimes rejection too.
  • Talking on the phone is second nature for you. Your day will consist of high volume calling/ emailing/ research
  • A phenomenal multi-tasker, organized, driven and strive in an independent work environment.
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Worked in a B2B sales capacity, preferably selling technology products / IT Consulting with min 1 Years of experience.
  • Passionate about IT and technologies and eager to learn cool new things.
  • Not essentially but good to have education qualifications like BA /BBA (Marketing),BCA.
